4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided will be communicated to employees or collaborators of the owner who will process the data as authorized acting under the authority of the owner for the purposes listed above. The personal data provided may be communicated to third parties contractually linked to the Data Controller in order to comply with contractual obligations and related purposes indicated above and, precisely, the data will be communicated to subjects belonging to the distribution network (such as importers, distributors, , freight forwarders, etc.); - subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by the owner and of the telecommunications networks (including e-mail, web platforms, cloud, software); -studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; - social network platforms; competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of data processing manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers. 5. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The site resides on servers in EU countries. Personal data, in the case of communication of the same to subjects in non-EU countries (for example for the purpose of direct contacts with our sales / contact network, social network platforms, etc.), will be transferred to non-EU countries in order to comply with the purposes indicated above. The data will be transferred within the limits and under the conditions set out in art. 44 and following GDPR, to non-EU countries to subjects who have provided adequate guarantees for the transfer pursuant to art. 45, 46, 47 GDPR. 6.NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Users / contractors are free to provide their personal data and failure to provide them may only make it impossible to obtain the information or services requested and provided through this website. The provision of personal data for purposes 2) and / or 3) is optional and will not affect the purposes referred to in point 1).

 

7.RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES (only for natural persons)

The interested natural person will be able to assert his rights as expressed by the articles. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller by writing to the contacts indicated above. In particular, the interested party has the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller access to personal data and request information relating to the processing, as well as to rectify, delete your personal data or limit their processing.
